Exchange Policy:
Playcouture.com only offers exchanges, no refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed into another box when being shipped back as an exchange.
All returns must be sent via DHL, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Play Couture has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.
Refunds are not permitted unless Play Couture has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.
